North Dakota Changes Its Nickname

The University of North Dakota, hockey powerhouse, has voted to change their teams' mascot and nickname. Of course, for those that don't know the backstory, Ralph Engelstedt Arena, home of the Fighting Sioux, is adorned with the logo, and the man for whome the arena is named has stated that he will rescind the sweet deal that the he has given the University if the nickname was ever changed. Well, now that the wheels are in motion, UND is stuck. Perhaps they could keep their old logo and jst change the nickname to the Blackhawks.

By the way, this is the first time anything important has ever happened in Dickinson, North Dakota
