Look, I'm sure that River City Sports is a fine site. But I suppose that even the best sites are prone to failure once in a while. I found this while looking at Islanders gear (I lost the bet, stupid Islanders.) Highlighting is mine, but the rest is exactly from the page:

I ordered a bobblehead from River city sports a year or two ago and it never came, Maybe that company just doesn't like me. I've heard other people do great with it.
